Strategic Partnerships Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage key partnerships that align with our business goals.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving revenue and value through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain high-impact partnerships that align with organizational objectives.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and assess their strategic fit.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and manage communication.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess ROI and partnership performance.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
