Strategic Partnership Manager - Education (3-8 yrs)
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Strategic Partnership Manager to drive growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships. This role will focus on B2B sales, aligning partner capabilities with our business goals to create long-term value. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills and a proven track record in sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Partnership Development :
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with company goals.
- Develop and pitch partnership proposals that highlight mutual benefits.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Lead B2B sales efforts in collaboration with partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and terms to ensure optimal outcomes.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and partnership frameworks to maximize ROI.
Performance Tracking:
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and establishing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
