Strategic Alliances Specialist - AI Solution (8-23 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Strategic Alliances Specialist with a strong background in forming strategic B2B partnerships within the tech and web3 space for one of our funded, early-stage startups. This role primarily involves establishing and nurturing partnerships. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment and be adept at identifying potential partners, initiating contact, and building lasting relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You should be able to understand our business, design a sales strategy, and implement it, all within the regular resource-constrained environment of a startup.

2. You should be willing and able to travel to conferences to network and work various online channels (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter, for instance) to generate leads and convert such leads into partners.

3. You should be able to test various strategies such as internal networks, referrals, and word-of-mouth recommendations, and explore various types of partnership opportunities to see which ones generate the most and the fastest results.

4. You should occasionally handle partnership leads, qualifying them effectively. This process includes diligent follow-up, follow-through, and relationship-building to ensure leads are ready and qualified for partnership.

5. You should have the ability to distinguish between signal from noise and analyze relevant trends in the AI and Web3 space to keep the partnerships relevant and our company in the cutting-edge space.

6. You should conduct outreach and set appointments, create necessary documentation, and engage in consistent follow-up activities.

7. You should maintain and manage ongoing relationships with partners and clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and success.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A minimum of 8 - 10 years in roles focused on developing B2B business partnerships.

2. Given our current stage, we are focusing only on candidates with previous experience in startup environments, as you will be expected to carry out tasks independently without much supervision.

3. You should have generated phenomenal results at the previous job that your references can verify.

4. You should have experience and a proper understanding of the Web3 and AI space.

5. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are non-negotiable.

6. Capability for independent thought and action, without the need for constant supervision.

7. Must have knowledge of CRM tools and relevant tools to maintain pipeline

8. Availability for full-time work in the GMT+3 time zone is required, with the ability to accommodate US time zones for partnership engagements.

SALARY

- Rs. 5 - 8 Lakh Per Month

- Commensurate with experience and quality
