Strategic Alliance & Marking Distribution Role (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support & Reporting :
- Search new potential emerging partners via online search.
- Identify each distributor needs and suggest appropriate products from available offerings.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market which competition is offering.
- Carry out the due diligence process while empaneling with distributors.
- Launch of product for distributors & providing all marketing collaterals.
- Training distributors CXOs/RMs on empaneled fund features & sales pitch.
- Resolution of Distributors/RMs queries within agreed TAT.
- Continuous tracking & follow-ups with CXOs/RMs for drawdowns & logins.
- Weekly morning sales meetings hurdles with distributors sales team to create sales momentum.
- R&R of the distributors sales team on quarterly basis.
- Dashboard reporting to the Business Head on (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Event Management :
- Organizing Events , Conferences, Webinar, Panel Discussions, AGM, Product Launch, NFO, Distribution events, Fund Final Close announcement Meets, Awards & Recognition for Partners/Distributors, Investors Meet, Round table meetings etc.
- Roadshows Event Management - Finalize date/time/venue, look & feel, flow of event, invite, standees, marketing collateral, PPT, speaker pitch, registration, reminders, thank you email etc.
- Organizing periodic Investors update Webinars.
Marketing Collateral :
- Make marketing collateral for various EAAA strategies like - ppts, one pager, teaser etc.
- Make customized presentation investor by investor or case by case.
- Review and co-ordination with Stake Holders and various departments internal & externally to take clearance, approval on the Marketing collaterals etc.
- Collaborating with external agency for collateral designing & printing.
Benchmarking & Research :
- Carry out research practices using online platform to gather market, Industry & competitors info/data and share with Coverage & Sales teams.
- Carry out survey or feedback or NPS on regular basis with Investors & Distributors so that improvements are made in the reports/processes basis their real time feedback.
- Use of Digital Platform & technology to generate interest in existing & prospect investors and focus on supporting sales teams through digital marketing efforts & data.
- Benchmarking the strategies with the Industry/Competition.
