Top-tier companies and providers utilize our reliable platform to bring together and interconnect the core infrastructure fueling their success. As STT GDCI services scale, the strategic account team work with large enterprise customer and Hyper-scalers to secure the business objective.

- As a Strategic Account Manager, you combine your deep market knowledge of a given sector with tech industry savvy to negotiate cost-effective solutions. You'll work with specific project/engg teams, operations team, solution team while negotiating deals with customer and presenting deal recommendations to our leadership.

- The Strategic Account Manager will be maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers and responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. You will be leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.

- You will also develop and maintain relationships with customers key business units to help minimise any gap between STT GDCI business ambitions and infrastructure capability.

- You will ensure that we execute on-time, high-quality contracts with our customers, working closely with other teams while identifying the most cost-effective solutions and optimal commercial framework.

Responsibilities :

- Build strategic relationships with customers and determine specific solutions that meet commercial, technical, and timing requirements.

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

- Collaborate with internal teams and technical teams to identify and define strategic initiatives

- Manage customer agreements providing colocation services.

Minimum Qualifications :

M.B.A into Sales & Marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred B.Tech + M.B.A degree in Sales & Marketing / M.B.A with 5 yrs of experience in Technology Company.

- 5-10 years of experience in the Technology business.

- Experience in leading the sales effort/or business development around colocation, interconnect, edge.

- Knowledge of excel and power point.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Tech + M.B.A in Sales & Marketing.

- 5 -10 years of experience in the Technology business. Ability to derive strategic clarity and alignment in ambiguous regulatory, business, and technical environments.

- Understanding of Data Centre colo business.

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to travel as needed.
