Story Digital - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generate, nurture & acquire leads for all services
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Understand client's needs, conduct client meetings, and follow up with potential clients to customize their business proposals
- Plan approach decks and pitches, developing roadmaps and strategies for clients.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
REQUIREMENTS :
- Previous experience with a digital/advertising agency.
- Have a great understanding of the digital industry, business, and services and how they can benefit clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships along with great presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close business with prospective clients.
- Ability to establish long term associations with prospects and existing clients to retain business
- Creating a roadmap and targets to meet the company's short-term and long-term goals and ensuring they are met
- Possess a pleasant, warm, approachable, and proactive personality with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a sense of ownership.
