Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Developer to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new business/sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Reach out to customer leads.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 1+ years as Business/Sales representative in Digital Agency/Technology Agency.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Very High Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
