Job Description
At Story Digital, an Account Coordinator is responsible for managing the health and smooth functioning of multiple accounts while ensuring execution of monthly deliverables. The coordinator will also work alongside the strategy team to ideate on optimizing an account's strategy and will be responsible for ensuring all of the client's requirements are met. Part of the job is to be in line with the client's vision and maneuver the team in the right direction keeping the vision in mind. You will be coordinating closely with the client and the internal team like the content, design and tech team to complete the cycle of each account. As Stakeholder management is of utmost importance, we are looking for someone who has clear communication skills, quick grasping power and an eye for detail. It is imperative that the Account Coordinator be proactive, patient and passionate.
We are looking for a people's person with enthusiasm to move onwards and upwards not just individually but also as a team player. The role requires good leadership skills to ensure the team working on an account is in perfect harmony with each other and the client.

Here's What You Have to Do:
1. Communicate client requirements to the internal team and vice versa.
2. Work & manage the execution and scope of multiple accounts alongside key stakeholders (Directors, Clients, Product Team, UX & Technology Leads, and Sales Team)
3. Maintain the execution of all account related processes like planning, deliverable execution,strategy, requirements and pipeline management.
4. Determine account priorities, projects and deliverables along with resources needed to meet the expectations.
5. Keep track of daily tasks and maintain updates, status on a regular basis to necessary stakeholders.
6. Strategize to optimize the core positioning and vision of the account
7. Key Responsibility: Alignment between Clients and the internal team
8. Key Responsibility: Develop and manage a detailed account schedule, monitor progress,determine account performance and make necessary adjustments of multiple projects to ensure they measure up to their goals and meet the deadlines.
9. Key Responsibility: Changing requirements and execution plans as goals, audiences and deliverables shift, while keeping everything documented.
10. Key Opportunity: Work with content, design, strategy and tech team to actualize plans, assign tasks and maintain the workflow of each account and steer the growth of an account to greater heights.
Here's What We Need:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. 0.5 - 1 year of internship experience in project/stakeholder/account management
3. Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal along with strong presentation skills.
4. On the spot problem solving skills in a high pressure environment
5. Highly effective cross-functional team management skills
6. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams proactively
7. Examples and at least one sample of an effective document/project delivered in the past
