- Approach potential clients through new leads, appointments, promotional events, exhibition or other means.
- Studies and understands all facets of the Audio Visual products and services being offered.
- Explaining the benefits and strength of specific Audio Visual offerings to potential clients
- Management and creation of a new client base from various mediums of Media.
- Hones and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients,by phone and in person, in an effort to secure a sale.
- Keep accurate records of sales, contacts and deals.
- Add notes to record each client call or meeting.
- Ensuring that the clients- needs are being catered for and that they are happy with the service.
- Reviewing their existing spend and build on the relationship to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market place you work in, including regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for new product development and new revenue streams.
- Work closely with production departments to ensure the project is being delivered.
- Details pricing and negotiates costs when necessary.
