StoreMonk - Manager - Channel/Marketplace Sales - D2C Startup (3-5 yrs)
Exciting opportunity to work with an early stage D2C Startup building sustainable wellness products. We are looking for a disciplined, motivated, and self-starter who is willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We're looking for an experienced growth manager to list and manage the third-party online marketplace business i.e. Amazon, Flipkart, Netmeds, Medlife, 1mg, Pharmeasy, Nykaa, Healthkart, Big Basket, etc. for the brand.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a robust business strategy, Business Planning, and Delivery of Results
- Revenue contribution from Digital commerce
- Identify and onboard online channel partners
- Analyze market trends and work with the internal marketing team to increase brand awareness
- RoI from marketing initiatives on marketplaces
- Create a winning formula by introducing bundles, deals, and combos
- Grow sales in the marketplace channels to meet overarching company goals
- Monitor inventory with partners & ensure optimal stock availability.
- Build & Manage complete Marketplace P&L and provide timely reports
- Monitor & Create MIS for account settlement & financial reconciliation
- Conduct Competitor Analysis and create benchmarking for internal stakeholders
Requirements :
- 3 - 5 Year WorkEx in D2C / Ecommerce as Category Manager / Online Platform Sales for FMCG Brands (Mandate)
- Existing relationships with account managers at marketplaces and knowledge of advertising on such platforms
- Be unreasonably great at negotiations, and communication skills
- Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail, and accuracy, and a demonstrably creative thinker
- Expert in CRM, BI Dashboards & MIS
- Team player with sound interpersonal skills and hands-on approach to problem-solving
