Required Skills:

- Should understand the features in Smart phones and applications.

- Exposure on Sales, Business development, BTL & ATL activities.

- Understanding potential market size & competitors.

- Possess exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills.

- Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Should have multiple districts sales experience and ready to travel

Job Description:

- Identifying and appointing Retailers in all the areas under his territory

- Motivating the Franchisees, Retailer enhancement, Business Planning and achievement of activations, developing Channels for Smart phone business

- Involved in handling mentoring training and motivating the retailer to do sales and managing the store activities.

- Executing brand, marketing and promotional activity of a store in his territory.

- Daily reporting and tracking of the stores, monthly sales planning and forecasting for the stores.

- Should be responsible for the product selling of a store and product-wise planning.

- Ensure quality assurance and process enablement at all the stores.

- Should be an extensive traveler as per the business needs 90% of the time should be on the field.
