Job Designation: Rural Cluster Manager / Assistant Regional Manager

Location : Tamil Nadu / Andhra Pradesh

Job Description :

- The position is a senior one requiring complete ownership of the state in terms of P&L and infrastructure development across rural markets in the state. The role is expected to build a strong channel of distribution in terms of spread and productivity.

- The position calls for strong people and distribution skills with a deep understanding of markets across the state.

- As we are in the business of rural distribution using technology, aptitude to technology/ digital operations is a must.

Key Deliverable :

- Establishing a productive team across every district in the state.

- Identifying, appointing and development of a 2 tier distribution network across Tier 3 and below (markets) in the state.

- Plan and expand markets and activate for growing performance trends.

- Strategies and implement market development initiatives through a combination of ATL & BTL initiatives.

- Hire and train resources for maximum productivity.

Experience profile :

- Should have experience in Channel sales, Distribution sales.

- Experience in working using technology/ digital (Mobile apps).

- Strong Communication skills in English and local language.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

- Result Orientation in previous companies and stability across organizations.

- Ability to travel and handhold development

- Analytical mind to understand reports, trends & capacity to take decisions.

The position reports into a ZM/GM/RM and has Rural Cluster managers & Rural Sales Officers reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager.
