Role Overview : Redefining How Rural Consumer & Rural Retailer Borrows.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- As a BM - Lending, you will lead partner engagement, acquisition, & retention.

- Work closely with our existing and prospective partners, to establish long-lasting relationships based on trust & transparency.

- Deliver value our customers by building the optimal product portfolio. Responsible for ensuring the achievement of lending business sales targets.

- Explore new business opportunities and find new customers & partners

- Strong relationships management with key accounts

- Bridge Product & Market Feedback, identify opportunities; new product opportunities, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.

- Interact with customers to develop an understanding of their needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet their expectation adhering norms/ policies.

Knowledge & Experience Experience :

- Past experience with complex technology implementations
