We are looking for a Digital Growth Hacker to drive our user acquisition and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Ideate, Plan, Develop, Experiment and implement digital growth hacks
- Devise and implement a robust digital marketing plan to support our growth objectives
- Collaborate with product/Service and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth.
- Propose new creative approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Leverage data analysis capabilities to enhance organization's/product competitiveness.
- Work with product/service and engineering team to drive brand awareness and adoption, by spearheading various campaigns.
- Develop strategy to increase online traffic multi-fold.
- Leverage a range of techniques including paid and organic search, ASO, SEO and PPC etc. effectively to maximize conversion and ROI.
- Work closely with founders and product manager to identify key customer segments, channels, define & measure clear conversion metrics, goal setting, customer acquisition and retention.
- Measure, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the entire team via dashboards, reports and executive-level presentations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing
- Prior experience at tech startups would be a big plus.
