Responsibilities and Duties
1. Experienced applicants with Pre-sales and Post sales can apply for this position.
2 . You will answer product queries by B2B clients through chat,email support or call.
3. Ability to handle inbound leads into business.
4. As a part of outbound sales a person who can Research accounts,identify key players and generate interest in Store Hippo product.
5. Can provide demo calls & team viewer session to B2B clients and have thoroughly knowledge about our product.
6. Good experience required working in IT Product/Service based projects.
7. Execute an entrepreneurial approach - Initiate proactive outbound phone follow up calls to lay the groundwork, develop the foundation to nurture prospects into opportunities in the long run.

1. Those who are open to take Sales and Customer relationship mixed role as this position is not target based as candidate whole focus is to provide brilliant user experience to B2B clients.
2. Good communication skills.
