We are hiring for a leading sports brand for the said role for Delhi location. Details below :

 Role : Store Supervisor

Domain : Sales

Experience : Min. 2 Year in Retail

Qualification : Min 12th / Graduation & MBA preferred

Gender : Male & Female

Age : Less than 28 years

Your Mission : 

- Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieve or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers

- Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with company's cornerstones & service standards

- Responsible for attending, participating in & demonstrating proficiency in all training program, in all domestic & global and achieving required results within stores

- Analyse customer profiles, identify buying trends and competitive information to impact & drive business

- Participate in all marketing opportunities & events and new store openings and/or store closings, travel maybe required

- Accountable for execution & maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the store always meets or exceed client standards.

- Require to work non traditional hours, weekend, evening, holidays, overtime maybe required in this position

Your Talent : 

- An under / graduate degree with 2 years of work experience preferably in Retail environment

- Excellent communication skills & high standards of grooming

- Orientation towards customer service
