Store Manager - Travel & Tourism (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Location : Panjim/ Vapi/ Pune/ Girgaon (Opera House)
Salary Range : Between 4 - 4.65 Lac PA
Shift Timings : 10am to 7pm
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Weekly Offs : Sunday fixed off
Educational Qualification : Graduate
Gender : Male
Experience Required : 1 Year of relevant experience of selling products i.e. Group and FIT Packages (International & Domestic)
Job Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the entire store operations & achieving the store targets
- To be the point of contact between Franchisee & C&K
- Timely MIS and Report generation
- Achieve seasonal targets
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting customers to understand their requirements.
- Complaint resolution within specified time frame.
- Recruitment and training of Franchisee staff
- Relationship management with customers and key accounts.
- Highlighting all the major sales promotions at the store
- Store appearance & cleanliness
- Overseeing store operations & sales
- Timely MIS and Report generation
- Relationship Management
Candidate Requirement :
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in Travel & Tourism
- Good communication skills with mandatory knowledge in English & local language
- Should have experience in FIT Sales for destinations like US, Europe, Australia, NZ, South Africa, Dubai, Far East.
- Knowledge about the company's products
