We are hiring Store Manager for a leading Telecom Company in U.A.E

Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Monitor Store Sales performance and operational efficiency
- Create awareness of Company products and services in community, proactively work on marketing and sales plans in alignment with Retail Area manager & HOZs
- Ensure the store achieves 80% in Mystery shopping&90% in Quality Visits
- Report Store performance, progress and issues Retail area Manager
- Continuously improve store operations and employees performance in order to meet and exceed targets and objectives
- Ensure the product and service knowledge of Store staff meet standards
- Organize and control stock takes and cycle counts
- Coordinate with Finance & ensure cash collections happening on time
- Maintain transaction and inventory records
- Manage the Store facility and Report facility issues to Retail Facilities Management.
