1) Responsible for luxury retail store sales target and profitability
2) He will manage a complete team and work as coach and ensure that each member in the team groomed on job function.
3) He will be responsible for control on Shop soiled merchandise thus put complete focus on complete shrink of the store.
4) He will be responsible for SOP adherence and process implementation in the store
5) He will ensure that each and every customer is attended well and best in class customer service is imparted.
