Store Manager - Sales - Retail (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Align Visual Merchandise to Sales plans to boost sales
- Monitor the profit and loss of the stores and meet the targets set
- Special focus to achieve private label target and growth to have a better margin
- Monitor the Stores for operational irregularities and take care of the same when they arise
- Ensure that the team functions properly and day-to-day requirement of the stores are met
Visual Merchandising :
- Maintaining the Store display as per the norms set by the Visual Merchandising team.
- Maintaining hygiene standards as well as aesthetic presentation of products.
- Maintaining overall ambiance and decor as per the standards.
Man Management :
- Imparting appropriate In-house training on Product Knowledge, Grooming, Sales, Service Excellence and Teamwork to store and support service staff.
- Involved in Staffing, Recruitment, Motivating, Performance Review, Retention and Appraisal.
Customer Service :
- Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with in-house and potential guests to understand their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly.
- Delivering high-value services to upscale clients for exalting their satisfaction levels.
Inventory Management :
- Ensuring optimum inventory levels are maintained while avoiding over-stocking
- No. of days of Inventory in Store is to be maintained as per norms
- Stock Shrinkage not to exceed specified norms
- Ensure provision of merchandise with an ideal level of quality at each store
