Job Description :
1. Monitoring day to day store operations as per defined process.
2. Taking charge of store staff training & implementing it on regular basis.
3. To ensure customers feedback are looked in.
4. Inventory management & cash management.
5. Achievement of budgeted sales & sales target.
6. Developing and grooming new employees for their future role.
7. Responsible for Internal Audit of stock movement.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 6,50,000 P.A. Best in the industry
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Must have excellent communication skills.
2. Age must not be more than 31 years.

4. Must have experience in Retail Store Management.
