We are looking for a results driven Retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management of our client. This is a popular and top-rated fashion spot to try and buy a vivid collection of trendy clothing.

As a store manager, you should be be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Develop business strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.

- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans, analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.

- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.

- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven 2 years experience as a retail manager

- Customer management skills and strong organizational skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer knowledge
