We are looking for Store Manager for Mumbai .

Job location will be - Andheri East (Chandivali) & Andheri West (Oshiwara),& JVLR (Poonam Nagar) & Thane

Responsible for overall Store/DC/Society management at a particular location.

- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to the team.

- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, creating duty rosters and following up on work results.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring customer feedback and improving service.

- Complete Store/DC/Society administration and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain hygiene level among staff and ensure hygiene and cleanliness in Store/DC/Society

- Report on ordering trends, customer needs, profits, out of stock, quality issues, wastage, etc.

- Conduct daily staff briefing to keep the team aware of issues, challenges and goals for the day.

- Deal with all daily issues that arise from staff, customers, local authorities, landlords, society managers(complaints, grievances, etc.)

- Ensure product quality by maintaining check points at different levels of operation

- Additional store manager duties as needed

Skills/Requirements :

- Proven successful experience as a store/facility manager

- Powerful leading skills and business orientation

- Customer management skills

- Strong organization skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English and Hindi

- Graduate, any specialization

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, E.R.P. and Data Entry

- The candidate must be based in and around the below mentioned locations
