Designation - Store Manager (Platinum, Gold format)

Exp - 8-12 yrs with at lead 3 yrs in large format as a Store Manager

Salary - 15K AED PM

Qualification - Graduate / MBA Preferred

Age - 27-35 yrs

Team handled - 100 approx

Store size handled - 30K - 100K Sq ft.

Job Responsibilities


1. Responsible for floor operations and ensuring best in class operating standards. Make sure the shop floor runs smoothly

2. Manage store P&L

a. Achieve sales targets

b. Margins as per budgets

c. Enhancing profitability of the store

3. Inventory management

a. Goods Receiving, analysis of performance

i. Order vs. Delivery analysis

ii. Receiving performance review, TAT setting and review

iii. Track resolution of receiving issues

iv. Tracking stock return to vendor including tracking of closure of each transaction

v. Tracking IST including tracking of closure of each transaction

vi. Resolution of disputes

b. Tracking shrinkage. Shrink control

c. Ensuring PI and stock takes are done at the store as per calendar, review of results

4. Availability

- Daily gap check process is done

- Daily action on negative stocks

- Daily identification of damaged and expired stocks and write off

- Ordering as applicable

- Responsible for coordination with vendors, buyers and ensuring stock availability

5. VM

Ensure stocks are displayed as per directions given by the buying team

Promotions are set up as per guidelines

Correct signage is used

6. People Management

Recruitment and training of staff

Ensure all staff are ready for multi-tasking

Development and motivation of team

Manage staff scheduling

7. Excellent Customer Service

Deal with enquiries and customer complaints and monitor and manage customer service
