Store Manager - Sales - Mobile/Handset (4-7 yrs)
Sales :
- Driving sales to achieve Monthly KPIs & Targets
- Allocate individual target to team members and ensuring deliverables
- Evaluate performance of team members and take corrective actions for improvement
- Driving Focus models, Flagships, and other focus areas on daily basis
- Ensuring contribution of 20-25% Xiaomi Series in overall Smartphones and 30% in >20k segment
- Ensuring more than 35% contribution in non-phones categories
- Ensuring 25% attachment of Mobile Screen Protect (Mobiles) & 70% for Extended warranty (TVs)
- Ensuring 40% of invoices with minimum 2 products (UPT)
- Ensuring minimum 15 units of Laptop per month from store
Operations and Hygiene :
- Daily audit of stocks to avoid pilferage and loss.
- Sharing Daily Sales Report, Stock Audit report and other required data etc to respective ROM on daily basis.
- Ensure sufficient stock is maintained in the store for all the SKUs to avoid sales loss
- SM needs to ensure all policies and procedures defined by the company are followed by all team members
- Avoid any malpractice in the store and ensure Audit guidelines are followed without any deviation
- Ensuring Store is maintained as per guidelines
- Opening and closing of store on timely basis
Team Management :
- Ensuring all team members are following the dress code and grooming policy inside the store
- Ensuring all team members are reporting to store on time and any leave is informed in advance to the respective ROM/HR
- Identify the potential of each of team member and train them accordingly for the next level
- Identify performance issues and highlight to ROM/HR for further course of action
- Ensure team spirit is in place to achieve the organization's common goals
CRM :
- Welcoming and engaging with the customer & giving demo of the products to the customer in a proper manner
- Addressing customer needs and Creating a good relationship base with the customers
- Communicating new launches and existing products with the customers
- Addressing customer grievances and resolving it in best possible way
Training :
- Need to ensure all staff and himself/herself get trained on all products on a timely basis
- Ensuring store staff are with proper soft skills and engaging with customers in a well manner
