Store Manager - Sales - Jewellery/Apparel (5-8 yrs)
We are urgently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within the Gems, Jewelry, Fashion, or Retail industries. This role requires a hands-on leader who is adept at managing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize store performance and meet business goals.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and replenishment.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance team performance and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of retail management, sales strategies, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail software.
