Store Manager
Responsibilities :
- Managing Day to Day Showroom Operations.
- Handling customer complaints and requirements.
- Ensure proper presentation and display of Jewelry as per Planogram.
- Ensure promotional articles/materials are displayed efficiently.
- Control Showroom expenses to achieve and improve budgeted operational expenditure.
- To ensure that daily Showroom opening/closing procedures are properly followed.
- To inspect and ensure the cleanliness of staff rooms.
- To upkeep the shop floor, stock room, bins, fixtures, etc.
- To ensure discipline in the Showroom.
- To conduct meeting with staff, and update them with IMP info from HO.
- Ensure that Showroom operations are carried out to comply with both Company Policy and all relevant legal requirements.
- To generate customer orders and assure timely delivery of the same by keeping proper follow-up with the supply team.
- Ensure to reach customers and inform them about promotional activities and offerings, given time to time by the organization.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 years of store handling experience in the jewelry industry.
- Team management experience.
- Good communication skills.
