Founded in 2020 by a woman entrepreneur who is a NIFT/ MICA alumni, the products are available through its own website as well as popular ecommerce portals.

As a Store Manager, You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

What you will do:

- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner

- Providing expert advice on fashion trends, styles, and product selection

- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy

- Staying updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings

- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the merchandise to assist customers effectively

- Actively engage customers to promote products and enhance their shopping experience

- Upselling and cross-selling products to meet or exceed sales targets

- Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience

- Collaborating with team members and management to address complex customer concerns

- Ensuring the shop floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing

- Assisting in restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays

- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

- Providing clear and accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies

- Collaborating with fellow associates and contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment

- Assisting in training new team members as needed

What you need to have:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the fashion industry

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
