Store Manager - Sales - Apparel/Jewellery (10-16 yrs)
We are hiring store Manager for one of our client in Bangalore-
Experience: 10 to 15 years in the retail industry preferably from Apparels, Hospitality, Jewelry, Cosmetics.
Age: Between 35 to 40
Location: Jayanagar
Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi. Candidate with proficiency in more languages is preferred.
Other requirements:
a. The incumbent should be trustworthy with impeccable integrity, sound work ethics, dynamic and with excellent people communication skills.
b. Should have good references
c. Need to be staying at the 5 kms radius of Jayanagar
d. Preferably married and staying with family.
Job Description (Basic):
a. Store opening and closing
b. Keeping track of regular training programs by coordinating with the Trainers also assisting them with proper feedback.
c. Delivering Floor training sessions.
d. Conducting periodic review of staff job results and learning needs with the help of other Manager(s)/ Supervisor(s).
e. Arrange proper demonstration of merchandise with the help of FAs.
f. Making sure that the VM of the entire store is well maintained and upto date.
g. Prepare Sales and Customer Relation Report by analyzing and categorizing sales information.
h. Identify and investigate the customer complaints and suggestions.
i. Maintain a safe and clean Store environment.
j. Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels,anticipating customer demand and gives regular reports o the Head office.
k. Be updated on maintaining awareness of market trends prevailing in the retail industry.
l. Setting up monthly/weekly target for Sales Staff, Supervisors, FAs and other Managers.
m. Follow up with Vendors (AC, Electrical, UPS, Generator etc.)
n. Making the showroom work as independently as possible with support from the Head office.
