Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Apparel Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing inventory while maintaining the store's visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive store performance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring the store meets visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and order placement to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to improve product assortment and sales tactics.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring that employees adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, safety standards, and a positive shopping environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, preferably in apparel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
