Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective strategies.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Store Operations: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness to maintain a premium shopping experience.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in apparel retail.
