Job Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Store Manager to join our team. Store Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of their store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing business.
Responsibilities :
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
