Store Manager - Sales (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and individual growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, operational standards, merchandising guidelines, and employee conduct.
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness to provide a safe and inviting shopping environment for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
