Job Title : Retail Store Manager

Years of Exp : 8 - 12 Yrs

Job Location : Mumbai

Salary Bracket : 5,00,000 to 10,00,000 pa

Job roles & responsibilities :

1. Managing the store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

2. Generating new ideas to create walk-ins and thereby increasing the business of the store

3. Achieving store targets

4. Handling Customers Queries & Grievances

5. Preparing various reports

6. Ensuring Audit targets are met

7. Handling Store Operations

8. Developing store strategies to raise customers- pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

10. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

11. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff

12. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Job Brief :
