Role Summary:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and provide a top-tier shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both fine jewelry and sustainability, with a strong background in retail management.

You will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for jewelry, and the ability to lead a high-performing team, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Train, mentor, and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for team development.

- Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure smooth store operations.

Sales & Customer Service:

- Drive store sales by implementing effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.

- Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting lab-grown diamonds and jewelry that fit their preferences, budget, and needs.

- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Store Operations & Administration:

- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits and reorders as necessary.

- Collaborate with the corporate team to maintain accurate reporting of sales, expenses, and KPIs.

Marketing & Brand Representation:

- Assist in the execution of local marketing initiatives to promote store events, product launches, and promotions.

- Represent the brand at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

- Stay current with trends in the lab-grown diamond and jewelry markets, ensuring that the store offers the latest collections and innovative designs.

Financial Management:

- Achieve and exceed store sales targets while managing operational costs to meet budgetary goals.

- Assist in forecasting and managing the store's financial performance, including profit margins and cost control.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide insights on performance trends.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry sector.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of lab-grown diamonds, jewelry trends, and customer preferences. A background in fine jewelry or diamonds is a plus.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, inspire motivation, and foster a positive, results-driven work environment.

- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized recommendations.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, staff, and corporate teams.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while ensuring attention to detail.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software
