Store Manager - Retail Sales (5-7 yrs)
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Coordinate with the team to close the sale.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing reports with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios. Maintain stock, supplies and inventories, Take inventory Order groceries and supplies
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and maintain accounts Record prices in the log book
- Receive cash and provide correct change
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sale records.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
