Store Manager - Retail Sales (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Set goals and provide direction, to maximize profitability and lead by example
- Train, develop and coach all store staffs, to ensure the team operates efficiently and achieve business targets
- Help coordinate company's sales & marketing team, to ensure store's alignment with all events
- Understand and communicate with customers effectively as well as handle all complaints and emergency incidences with urgency in order to improve customer satisfaction
- Inspire, develop and lead a high performing team of individuals who deliver positive experience for customers
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, and share the company vision with staff and customers
Requirements :
- Over 3 years of smart phone or digital product management experience
- Strong passion for customer service and ample knowledge of store management and standards
- Excellent customer service consciousness and skills, ability to build a strong executive team
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, interpersonal and communication skills
