Store Manager - Retail (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Revenue generation, people management, customer service, retail store operation, VM, marketing, shop in shop, competition mapping, controlling pilferage, general maintenance
- To handle existing stores, making sales improvement and meeting annual retail sales targets
- Should have experience in handling multiple LFS stores
- To Hire and train the sales team of stores
- Coordinate with store team and maintain good relation with them
- Should visit the stores on a daily basis and coordinate with HO
- Responsible for Numbers
- Able to manage team
