Store Manager - Retail (1-2 yrs)
-Only for Male Candidates - Analyze brand / category performance to ensure the right product mix for the store
- Ensure adequate facilities, store ambiance and services for staff and customers
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Regularly review stock status and monitor timely replenishment (from warehouse to the store)
- Implement and adhere to the SOPs to carry on the store activities
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Track and minimize shrinkage, damage and pilferage within norms.
- A pleasing personality and good at systems and manpower and customer relations.
