Job Description :
We are urgently hiring an experienced Store Manager for our retail location in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in store management within the gems, jewelry, fashion, or retail industry. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Store Operations :
- Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Sales Management :
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Customer Service :
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Management :
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
Team Leadership :
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Visual Merchandising :
- Oversee store layout and visual merchandising to attract customers and enhance sales.
Reporting :
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback for senior management.
Compliance :
- Ensure the store complies with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience : At least 5 years of experience in store management within the gems, jewelry, fashion, or retail industry.
Leadership Skills : Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Sales Skills : Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets.
Customer Service : Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility : Willingness to work on weekends and during peak retail hours.
