Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and train a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Ensure the store layout is visually appealing and merchandise is well-displayed
- Handle financial transactions, including cash handling, bank deposits, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing reports to senior management.
- Maintain store security and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and products in the electronics industry.
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing inventory.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field.
