- Strategizing, developing and executing the annual brand plan.

FURNITURE STORE MANAGERS oversee daily operations and interact both wit clients and employees and will be responsible for budgeting, recruiting and training staff, networking with suppliers, managing displays, maintaining supplies, and providing customer service.

- Revamped stores visual presentation standards to increase customer engagement
- Driving and increasing footfalls for the studio by conducting promotional events, activities for clients from all segments. Conducting presentations and providing designing aspects with relation to home furnishing solutions as per client's requirements.
