Job Description:
- Ownership of resolution & escalation of client issues
- Define and document workflow processes, SOPs, SLA's, metrics & policies
- Serve as the point of escalation for issue resolution and queries
- Experience in team performance handling
- Understanding the flow of work from client interaction to communicate the requirement concisely to internal departments.
Support Process Improvement: Customer service team leads improve overall department and organization efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes. They may gather data related to customer contact and interactions and use this data to prepare reports and analyses of which processes are working and which can be improved.
- Timely delivery of project with perfection and keeping quality assurance in mind.
- Be the Single point of contact (SPOC) to the clients
- Manage client relationship and deliver on current requirements.
- Proactively address issues that are escalated from the customer or the sales team
- Proven experience in developing client relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
