Store Growth Manager - Sales - FMCG (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Candidate should have experience in Retail industry
- Must have relevant experience in similar industry and profile.
- Own P&L for stores within portfolio
- Coordinates with the outlet staff, including central support team and marketing team in order to meet outlet performance objectives and franchisee partner's expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned portfolio stores.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates franchisee partner's needs on an ongoing basis.
- Drives promotional activities within franchisee stores
- Constantly search out for new business opportunities along with franchisee partner
- Conduct BTL activities across portfolio franchisee stores
- Manage all the promotional activities and coordinate internally with central marketing team
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly sales targets for the respective portfolio stores
- Focus on developing sales opportunities for immediate and long-term growth of franchisee outlets
- Monitor performance of various promotional activities conducted and results derived

- Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills, perseverance and self driven
- Very strong people management and relationship management skills
- Should be number and metric driven
- Budget management skills
