TITLE - Sales Tele-Calling and Admin

- Storage Solutions has open positions for Tele-callers to establish contacts with potential customers to sell its Industrial Storage Tanks products.

- This is a sales job, the potential aspirant requires to propose to make a sale of Industrial Storage Tanks. The successful KRA of the role is to receive "Request for Quotation" is raised and confirmed by the customer to us.

Job Description :

- The job requires making calls to potential opportunity customers to make a sale on liquid storage tank products in India.

- Identifying storage tank potential customers through the leads contacts assigned.

- Establishing successful contacts based on field (industry) categories. The aspiring candidate should exhibit the ability to work under minimal supervision although support shall be provided.

- Success criteria of the role is closure of the lead opportunity until "request for quotation" (RFQ) email is raised per project.

- The role has 3 milestones. In which milestone1 is telecaller's accountability. The later milestones in the job provide an opportunity to earn incentives accordingly.

The job role includes performing certain administrative tasks such as :

- Ability to draft and send emails

- Prepare product documents

- Negotiation with customers

- Update relevant product web pages in a timely manner with information

Targeted KRA :

- Weekly a minimum of 2 lead closure is expected as part of the role.

- Work to receive "Request for Quotation" is raised and confirmed by the customer to us.

- Fluency in English is a must

- Excellent communication skills, ability to express technical functional details of industrial liquid tanks.

- Enhance existing customer relationships / Build new customer relationships

- Understand Technical aspects of Industrial Tanks

Need to have :

- Fluency in English is a must

Nice to have :

- Negotiation skills

- Presentation skills

- Can draft email with no scope for grammatical errors and selection of proper words.

- Passion for sales learning and want to pursue a further career only apply.

- Certain administrative tasks but not limited only to Emails, PPTs, Spreadsheets as and when required.

- The role is long term, only interested candidates apply. A short training shall be provided to suitable selected candidates.
