StockDaddy - Team Leader - Inside Sales (3-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a dedicated Sales Team leader to coordinate our sales team, ensure the team's sales are met and support the management. As a Sales leads you will performs sales management and administrative tasks and you are primarily responsible for setting goals, devising sales strategies, evaluating sales team performance, Assigning task and providing support to the team. You will also responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis
Experience : 3 - 4years
Salary : 3.0 - 4.5LPA.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement training on CRM, leads generation, and annual sales training.
- Improve the quality of the Sales associates as a quality assurance agent monitoring and coaching the sales executive
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set team Goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Management
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
