StockDaddy - Team Lead - Inside Sales (7-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities Areas.
- People/Team management and working towards delivering the required admission targets.
Profile Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team.
- Recruit and train to ensure that there is enough strength to handle the sales projections 15 days in advance.
- Provide training, help, and second voice to the sales advisors to help them achieve their targets.
- Develop rebuttals for the evolving customer queries and train the team members on the same.
- Work with the Training Manager to ensure the success of trainees.
- Set goals and measure/audit performance of each team member
- Develop sales target for each of the team member and explain them the same with deadlines.
- Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations.
- Conduct daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets.
- Motivate team members to meet and exceed targets.
- Initiate Performance Improvement Plans for regular non-performers and provide training interventions, feedbacks in coordination with the Training Manager.
- Audit calls, emails to ensure productivity and 100% compliance to processes for each team member.
- Handling team of 10 to 15 counsellors and driving admissions for assigned Institutions.
- Mentoring & encouraging team to achieve admission targets.
- Providing daily ongoing performance coaching to enable team members to develop and perform.
- Set performance objectives for and with employees, conduct performance review, and provide performance feedback on a periodic basis.
- Shrinkage and attrition management.
- Assists with the development and/or monitoring of workflow, procedures, and metrics to track employee and department productivity for Department improvements
- Fully facilitates and leads small group meetings for employees.
- Encourage & motivate team to meet day-to-day admission/enrolmen targets without any impact to SLA.
- Quality audits- Working on corrective and action plans for the improvement of Team's quality scores.
Qualifications :
- Graduation is a must
Additional Information
7-to-10-year experience in handling and managing the counselling/admission/inside sales operations with a team size of 10 to 20 professionals. Candidate from Education/EdTech/E-learning/BPO domain is highly preferred.
