Mentor-Trading & Stock Marketing

Job Description :

- We are searching for a steadfast mentor to facilitate the transition of new incumbents to our established program. The mentor should orient these individuals to our existing structures, encourage their participation in content creation for social media and for recorded courses and

- Passionate about Teaching and mentoring, helping learners to understand and implement the concepts.

- To be successful as a mentor, you should be acutely familiar with predictable difficulties associated with transitioning to new contexts. Ultimately, a noteworthy mentor will encourage the social integration of their mentees to ensure a well-rounded, fulfilling experience at our organization.

Responsibilities :

- Conduction of Live sessions for training the enrolled learners.

- Conduction of Demo Sessions for the potential customers.

- Helping Sales team in nurturing and converting leads by assisting in technical knowledge for the markets.

- Passionate about Teaching and mentoring, helping learners to understand and implement the concepts.

- Development of new curriculums.

- Camera friendly for participating in content creation for social media and for recorded courses.

- Assisting marketing in content creation for social media and marketing campaigns according to technical knowledge of markets.

- Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

- Excellent problem-solving ability.

- Experience of at least one year in content, curriculum development and teaching.

Qualification :

NSE/NIS Certifications in Stock Markets, Thorough Knowledge of Technical Analysis, Must have managed portfolio (self or client), Knowledge of Price Action.

Experience Required : 5-10 years of training and mentoring experience.

Other Skills Required :

- Excellent Communication Skills,

- Experience into Stock Marketing.

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Time management skills.

- Critical thinking skills.

- Content development skills.

- Curriculum designing skills.

Most Importantly : Willing to work in flexible shifts and weekends also with flexible Week offs.
