Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Communication and Brand Manager to manage and enhance StockDaddy's brand presence across various media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media strategy, brand management, and communication excellence, helping shape and communicate StockDaddy's brand message to our audience.
Key Responsibilities :
Media Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement media strategies for both online and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with external agencies and in-house teams to manage media buying, campaigns, and content delivery.
- Monitor and optimize media performance across channels.
Brand Management :
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials, communications, and events.
- Manage the StockDaddy brand identity and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop marketing collateral that effectively communicates the brand's value proposition.
Public Relations & Communications :
- Lead public relations efforts including drafting press releases, managing media relationships, and coordinating interviews.
- Develop a comprehensive communication plan for product launches, events, and newsworthy announcements.
- Handle crisis communication and media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Social Media & Content :
- Oversee the management of social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Drive the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, press releases, and newsletters.
- Track and report on social media analytics and optimize strategies accordingly.
Event Management :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-related events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand visibility at key industry events and partner with stakeholders for joint campaigns.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with external partners, including agencies, media houses, and influencers, to drive brand awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Media Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in media communication, brand management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital media and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize media performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred :
- Experience in the EdTech, Finance, or E-learning industry.
- Familiarity with PR tools and media monitoring platforms.
