- We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Email Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Email Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns targeted towards our B2C customer base. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in push notification and WhatsApp marketing strategies to effectively engage and communicate with our customers. This internship requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, automation, as well as a deep knowledge of push notification and WhatsApp marketing.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective email marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion.

- Assist in designing visually appealing and compelling email templates to ensure a consistent brand image.

- Help manage email lists, perform segmentation, and update subscriber preferences as necessary.

- Write persuasive email copy and subject lines that maximize open rates and click-through rates.

- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.

- Contribute to the development of strategies to engage customers through push notifications.

- Assist in the configuration and management of push notification platforms.

- Collaborate with the team to create personalized and relevant push notification messages that drive customer actions.

- Monitor and analyze push notification performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

- Support the development of strategies to leverage WhatsApp for customer communication and engagement.

- Contribute to crafting engaging and conversational WhatsApp messages to encourage customer interactions.

- Assist in utilizing WhatsApp automation tools to streamline communication processes.

- Participate in A/B testing of email, push notification, and WhatsApp campaigns to identify the most effective elements.

- Analyze results and collaborate with the team to implement improvements that increase engagement and conversions.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to email marketing, push notifications, and WhatsApp marketing.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Leadsquared, Moengage, or similar tools.

- Basic understanding of configuring and managing push notification platforms.

- Familiarity with push notification best practices and optimization techniques.

- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or related tools.

- Proficiency in crafting engaging and conversational WhatsApp messages.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to create persuasive email copy, subject lines, and engaging push notification/WhatsApp messages.

- Meticulous attention to detail in email content, design, and scheduling.

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
